Qualifying and The Offer

  1. Receive a voucher (“Voucher”) valid for the purchase of music on the Nokia Music Store with the purchase of a Nokia Lumia mobile phone. A £30 Voucher is available when purchasing a Nokia Lumia 610 mobile phone, a £40 Voucher is available when purchasing a Nokia Lumia 800 mobile phone and a £50 Voucher is available when purchasing a Nokia Lumia 900 mobile phone. Offer applies only to the mobile phone models specified in this paragraph when purchased on pay as you go or contract at Carphone Warehouse between July 11th 2012 and the 5th September 2012 (“Qualifying Purchase”).
  2. You must be at least 18 years old and be a resident of the UK. This offer excludes employees and their families of Nokia and Carphone Warehouse, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

How to claim your Voucher

  1. Vouchers must be claimed via the online claim centre at freenokiamusic.com 14 days after the Qualifying Purchase. All claims must be received by September 23rd 2012. Only one Voucher per Qualifying Purchase.
  2. When claiming your Voucher online, you‘ll have to enter some details so that we know you‘re eligible for a Voucher. These details will include your:
    1. Personal details (name, address, email)
    2. Date of purchase
    3. IMEI number (which is printed on your mobile phone box)
  3. Once you have completed the online claim form we‘ll issue your Voucher as a code via email.
  4. If there‘s a problem with your Voucher please contact us on 0843 308 7877.
  5. In order to use the vouchers you will be required to accept the Nokia Music Store terms and conditions

General Information

  1. There are no cash or other alternatives available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter‘s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
  2. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute concerning the validity of a claim, the decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Claims must be received by midnight September 23rd, 2012.
  4. Offer limited to one (1) Voucher per Qualifying Purchase and a maximum of 4 Vouchers per household purchased during the Promotion.
  5. Promoter assumes no responsibility for hardware, programming or software malfunctions, internet connectivity problems or technical failures of any kind or for incorrect, misdirected or inaccurate input or capture of any claim or other data.
